May 3, 2022 at 4:24 pmجيد ولا يستحق الاسعار مبالغ فيها فهو في مقربه جدا من الوكيل ، لقت قمت بأجراء فحوصات للسياره من ناحية الميكانيكية وبدي السياره من الخارج لمده يومين عمل متكامل وبموعد مسبق لاعداد تقرير وإصلاح ، يوم المكانيكا ويوم بدي السيارة من الناحية الميكانيكية جيده ولا تحتاج الي عمل ولكن حسب الموعد التشييك في الاول شفهيا ، وقلم بنقل السياره للبدي شب وآخر اليوم قدمت واخذت السياره ودفعت 750 درهم بعد ما كان 1200 درهم وقال سوف يبعث بالتقرير علي الوت ساب ولكن للاسف تاخر فطررت بمعاوده الإتصالات وبعد ذلك طلب مني مدير البدي شب تصوير السياره من الخارج لانه لم يتمكن من معاينه السياره

November 17, 2021 at 3:44 pmI send my car few days ago to fix some issues and to add the car under warranty service. They told me, doors need to be fixed. I refused to let them fix the doors as i don’t see there was an issue. After they fix the car issues and signed for the warranty i found out the doors were not working like before . The door suction was broken and not working i have to shut the door like other normal cars.
At the same moment i received the car. I have noticed that the doors suction is not working. I informed them about the issue was not there before i send to them.
They said, we told you to fix the doors if you want to. the only solution they have is to bring back the car again to the workshop and pay some more money to fix what they have broken.
You lost 3 starts from my side:
Helpful Review 21- i lost trust with them
2- no compensation after they broke the doors suction
3- i payed a lot of money to fix the car , and i received unreasonable solution to pay more about issues was not there in the car

It is a good alternative to official Mercedes service. Especially having in mind unique offers such as loyalty program + extension of warranty.

my experience was with more than 12 luxury cars in your Garage within 105 day i have all the proofs
There is no credibility and loyalty to the staff (this why good number of ur staff shift to swiss auto ), I finished my mission no need more work with ur GARAGE.
Who cares about what I drive cannot realize customer satisfaction ever…
