I wish they treated customer as good after you buy the car. My mini coop has been there twice, once for scheduled maintenance, once because it broke down. In the first instance, they told me it was ready, only to go and wait for an hour for them to finish a complementary wash. Now, the car has warranty issues, my only vehicle and they have kept it for a full day, telling me they don’t know when they can get to it.
