Today I received my items on time . But all items are damaged . All items were new and spent 5000AED for these . I sent mail immediately with picture and Video but no reply . Packing & handling was very bad that is the reason . As per the term & conditions the compensation to be paid .

Good shipping rates, I do recommend their service

Air Cargo sent from last month received in good condition.
There was a minor delay of 3-4 days, but the important part , the packing was good that kept the items safe.

3rd class service

In my experience, I feel this company cheats customers by making falls commitments and unrealistic timelines. For example, they commit to sending shipments by air cargo, but that doesn’t seem to be true. Furthermore, their supervisor and General manager never respond to the phone calls and transfer to the reception who have no idea about your goods. In addition to this, the tracking system is not timely updated, so you will struggle to track your shipment. They act highly proactive when you call them for shipment and would not respond when you have made the payments. They could be good in South India but not good at all for other locations.
