November 1, 2021 at 9:01 pmTotally Shocked that things like this still happens in dubai. I called them yesterday to get courier details for a company document. The gentleman poorly answering the phone started yawning and was not interested in any courier arrangements, he then proceeded to ask me personal questions like where I am from and getting flirty with me on the phone. He wanted nothing to do with the task at hand. I shut the phone on him. Now I am left worried about my safety because this man already has my home address.

October 25, 2021 at 6:35 am1 star for the worst customer service just because 0 is not allowed… I have spoken with like 5 different people that couldn’t care less about my package, until today delivery service was ok but now I’m not happy and I’ve been using them for my small business for a couple of months. I don’t recommend them and I really don’t want to use them again.

October 24, 2021 at 12:45 pmThis company is so unprofessional. They will call you and ask you to come down or bring it to them in the car instead of picking it up in your office/home. If you won’t bring it to them, they will not come. Very bad experience even with the Manager who couldn’t handle the timings of drivers. worst experience ever!
