The burger was ok but the hotdog was so over cooked and dry it was so hard to chew. Disappointed shake shack customer

April 5, 2021 at 9:52 amI ordered one chicken burger and a Shack burger. The first thing we noticed is that the burgers are very small, the size of a £1 cheeseburger at Mac or a child size portion. Sorry but if you are going to charge a premium price for a burger and don’t include fries, they definitely can’t be this small. People will notice! : The shack burger was bland, definitely not well seasoned and my partner was also not impressed with hers. All in an I simply don’t understand the high reviews. Would not recommend this place for a good burger

The burger could best be described as de-constructed, the bottom bun was nowhere near rest of the burger. It appears that absolutely zero care was given when preparing the food.
