Had a dinner tonight with my family and expected somehow to be a great one base on the menu offers. But honestly, it was a disaster. No passion of cooking at all and its all about lazy cooking
1. Igado has more veggies compared to the protein
2. Dinakdakan was sweet, almost a dessert taste and you can even feel the sugar granules on every bite. When i asked the waiter if this is really how they served and he says yes. Aweful, they destroyed the whole dish as this is one of our Specialty in the North back home.
Well, the ambience was full of arrogance and attitude, staff didnt even greeted, food is really a shame, everything is reheated, rice is not even up to the standard. The menu needs a complete revamp specially for a place like this that is really potential.
If i knew that they will served poor dishes like this, i should have cook at home. I dont think i would come back to this place unless they give more justification on their food.
If i could rate my experienced “0” zero, the food and service, this is what they deserved for. Waste of time, waste of money, completely ruined my family dinner out.
This is me and my friends favorite place whenever we crave for pork. This place will surely give you a Philippines vibe whenever you miss the home country. From the beers they’re serving (which is so Filipino – especially San Mig Light) to the foods – not to mention all the foods tastes so delicious and yummy. I remember coming here one time and there were 2 tables occupied only and there is a live acoustic – he sings all our requests and we even sing with him, he was so friendly and nice and really gave us a chill-vibes dinner. The staffs were so accommodating too and friendly. The fact that it’s kind of expensive but with the help of entertainer, we didn’t feel it much and we enjoy all the foods were craving – I love the sisig and crispy pata, even the bulalo served in palayok is so amazing. In addition, the place is near the corniche too, so after a great tummy full battle with the food, you can just cross the street and walk along the Corniche Area and get some fresh air and spend more time with whoever you are with. Furthermore, it is located at Al Ain Palace making it so elegant.
Awesome food! Service is good, the employees are very nice and work very hard.
The one star missing is for the owner not having enough employees. I went there 3 days in a row and still only 1 waitress. How can you have only 1 waitress when there are many customers who order a lot of food.
Please have at least 2 for lunch and 3 or 4 for dinner so customers dont have to wait for a long time just for simple things like water, forks, napkins, etc.
I visited this place for the first time. The food was okay, however I am disappointed for not able to use Zomato pro discount tonight. Therefore, ended up spending more than expected. It is not written in the Zomato app that the discount is inapplicable during public holiday. I felt useless of having zomato pro and unable to use it. Or atleast, the restaurant should have mentioned it in the apps that zomato PRO is NOT ALLOWED! during off day. I have visited other restaurants on the same night and there are no rules and restrictions of using zomato Pro.
