We had a really nice time there today. Friendly, multilingual good quality service. We were not up for multi course menu but everything we had, was tasty, nicely arranged and of good quality.
It was a pleasure to have a special occasion dinner in Fouquet’s restaurant. We would like to thank the management for choosing to open the restaurant in our beloved capital, Abu Dhabi. We are enjoyed the service and especially the employee (Yassine) he was very helpful and patient so much so that he didn’t leave our table for a moment.
Michelin star Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s collaborated the menu to include classic French dishes. Frankly, expected more. The food was Good but nothing memorable and nothing compared to Gagnaire’s restaurant in Paris. The decor and ambiance are modern and elegant. Service was ok.
Excellent food! Ingredients of was great quality and the meat cooked to perfection
Service with Jomarie was perfect!
*update*
Went many time since my last review and sadly the quality keeps getting low.
Tenderloin is not as good at it used to be, i didnt like it. The garnish with is was really not good.
Burrata lacked seasonning. The tomato soup served with is ruins the burrata, please serve a burata with oilive oil/balsaic vinegar and tomatoes…
I ordered a foie gras and they never brought it to me. (Wasnt on the bill so i guess the waiter didnt even hear my order).
The classic tartar one the contrary was much better than it used it! Loved it!
Desert was also nice!
Please review your classics, such a shame it used to be EXCELLENT
Super elegant, luxurious and a fine dining restaurant in the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Professional staff that speaks both English and French. At the entrance, you can see a list celebrities that already dined there in the VIP room, there’s also a bar on the first floor and outside. You will get a view on the Louvre famous ceiling and on Abu Dhabi downtown. And of course the food is amazing and delicious.
Went to Louvre and found this fancy restaurant. The staff were friendly and made sure that we had the best time. The place was so elegant and neat and perfect for the sunset lover. Loved the food they served.
Thank you Fouquet’s for yet another wonderful, artsy lunch in the capital! The veal carpaccio was very well prepared, the sautéed squid with aubergine caviar and black olives was light yet satisfying. The Osso Buco was very tender and packed in intense flavour while the Sea bream with the sauce Vierge was lovely. We dined with vegetarian friends and Chef Sineesh Paul pulled out all the stops with a fantastic vegetarian menu- we even spooned up his salad vinaigrette! Special shout-out to the mixologist for the cocktail selection. Fouquet’s is also child friendly and the staff took very good care of a rather noisy table! Our amazing friend and manager Kevin Lie recommended the seasonal strawberry tart with luscious fresh strawberries flown in from Belgium and the intense dark chocolate tart with hazelnut cream- I would ask for a quenelle of vanilla ice cream to cut through the chocolate 🙂 This was from off their delectable dessert tray. We ordered the Crepe Suzette for added theatrical drama 🙂
Chef Pierre Gagnaire- we are forever fans, geography no bar ❤️
