Truly north indian taste…..

A very pathetic customer service and this is not the first time, I have experienced this in this shop. When you enter and even though there are guys working behind the counter , they will not look at you unless you call them twice or thrice. they will be very busy talking amongst themselves. I can understand if they are serving other customers, but that never has been the case. Today also , I was the only one standing at the counter and there were 2 guys who were busy doing their own things. I have ignored this many times and I ignored it again and called them twice as usual and thats when they turn and ask what is required. I asked them to pack 2 boxes of a particular sweet, while I make my selection for the third box. Since again, there was no one, I expected them to pack my sweets, so I asked them did you pack, they said finished. I was surprised and asked when did you pack. they showed me already packed readymade packets of the same sweet. I told rhem, I do not want this as I wanted the fresh one on display,instead of packing, they went on to explain that the boxes are of the same sweet and are fresh and taking the pieces from the display will spoil the display setup. I was shocked and promised never to return again to this shop. l am paying and it is my right to get the sweet that I want, but I guess , I need to go by what the shop recommends even though I will never know when was the box packed and where was it kept all this time.

Excellent north Indian snacks.. you will get the same taste like back home… and they have the best quality north Indian sweets.. must visit
My regular favourites are Chole Bhature and Aloo Tikki.. today i tried Rajkachori… it was perfectly made and delicious…
