First time we order through deliveroo, the mozarella pizza was AMAZING ! Thin dough full of flavour, wooden oven definitely. Also got the bolognaise pasta that was good aswell but the pizza was better

the worst company ever…..ordered through the entertainer….1hr and 45 ins later nothing received….called them and waited for 17 mins to get hold of them…..talked to sharleen……checked the order and the their answer is…” we had a technical error and ww will prepare the order now and send it within 30 mins….2 hrs and 30 mins later…..NOTHING RECEIVED YET……why don’t you call your customers to ask if they can wait for so long or cancel the order……very unprofessional …..only out to cash in your money and you can wait for your food…..DONT USE THEM PLS.

I ordered a deal of buy one get one via zomato. The resturabt sent me one pizza and when I complained they said I selected one.seiorsly !!! How was my order processed and full payment charged when my order was not complete. Joseline who said she was the supervisor of barsha branch said she can’t do anything. I should contact zomato. No one from zomato helped. I had the worst experience ever.they should have called me to check but MsJoseline said they don’t call customers – if you weren’t sure you should have sent me the same pizza …but no because no one wanted to send that pizza in the first place. If you did then the resturabt supervisor after knowing that it was an error she should ahve done something. But she chose not to do anything g. It’s a shame ! I will never order from pizzaro or recommend it to anyone. Your customer service is not just bad iys horrible
