Everything is expensive, small portions and nothing is tasty .. Not recommended at all

(Translated by Google) I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Given we are in COVID-19 days, even more so-
The entire room was full of dust(you’d think it snowed in there!), the carpets worn out, a few spots in the bathroom were not clean and the rusty steel… hard to believe it’s a 5 star hotel, except I KNOW how much 3 nights have cost us there!

I wasn’t alone & it was to attend 2 special occasions(1 held in their venue) that was the only reason I opted to stay there.

Their response was slow, and to make matters worse, they offered a complimentary service before even resolving the issue! It was extremely inconsiderate, not to mention improper.

2nd night: they cleaned the room while I was away, I noticed an improvement (somewhat funny.. cleaning, they skipped corners, photos posted to give you an idea), but after several hours I noticed the white layer of dust forming again, skin & eyes irritated.. I realized, it’s their ventilation system that’s the issue. Again, in COVID-19 days, that’s simply impermissible.

If cleanliness is the most important factor in choosing your hotel, the ‘Four Seasons Hotel’ in AbuDhabi is not for you. Knowing that its location is excellent & that it is adjacent to a distinct destination, the Galleria_Al Maryah Island, is a very unfortunate matter; no doubt about it.

The whole room was full of dust (as if it snowed there!), the carpets were worn out, some places in the bathroom were not clean and the steel was rusty… Hard to believe it was a 5 star hotel, if not for the value I paid for staying there for 3 nights. .

I was not alone and was due to attend two events (one held in the hotel itself) and that was the only reason I stayed there.

Their response to my complaint was slow, and to make matters worse, they offered free service/satisfaction* before the issue was resolved! Impulsive response, not to mention it is very inappropriate! I could be wrong, but I felt my comments/complaint were almost completely ignored.. It was worrying.

شعرت بخيبة أمل كبيرة من مستوى نظافة غرفتي ونظرًا لأننا في زمن ‘كورونا’ ، أكثر من ذلك –

كانت الغرفة بأكملها مليئة بالغبار (كما لو أن الثلوج تساقطت هناك!) ، والسجاد مهترئ ، وبعض الأماكن في الحمام لم تكن نظيفة والفولاذ الصدئ … يصعب تصديق أنه فندق 5 نجوم ، لولا علمي بالقيمة التي قمت بدفعها مقابل الإقامة فيه لمدة 3 ليالـ..

لم أكن وحدي وكان من المقرر أن أحضر مناسبتين (واحدة أقيمت في الفندق نفسه) وكان هذا هو السبب الوحيد الذي دفعني للبقاء هناك.

كان ردهم تجاه شكواي بطيئًا ، وما زاد الأمر سوءاً، عرضهم لـخدمة مجانية/ترضية* قبل حل المشكلة! استجابة متهورة ، ناهيك عن أنه أمر غير لائق للغاية! قد أكون مخطئة ، لكنني شعرت بتجاهل شبه تام لملاحظاتي / شكواي.. كان الأمر مقلق.

الليلة الثانية: بعد قيامهم بتنظيف الغرفة أثناء غيابي، لاحظت تحسنًا(من المضحك أنهم تخطوا الزوايا، أنشر *الصور* بعد التنظيف لإعطائكم فكرة)، لكن بعد عدة ساعات لاحظت ظهور طبقة بيضاء من الغبار مرة أخرى، تهيج جلدي والعينين .. أدركت أنها فتحات/نظام التهوئة الخاص بهم. مرة أخرى ، في زمن ‘كورونا’ ، هذا ببساطة غير مسموح به.

إذا كانت النظافة هي العامل الأكثر أهمية في اختيارك لفندقك ، فإن فندق “فورسيزنز” في أبوظبي ليس مناسبًا لك. مع العلم أن موقعه ممتاز وكونه ملاصقاً لوجهة متميزة وهي غاليريا جزيرة المارية، أمر مؤسف للغاية.
