Sad to say but worst customer service and food quality at this place. We Found a hair wrapped on a shrimp ,we juts informed the waitress manager visit the table and approach us most funniest solution he gave me in my life He said they will cook one shrimp in exchange for the one with hair. Lol. I’m not blaming the team but the leader is not capable to his duty I believe ,he start blaming his team members saying who serve us is a trainer bla bla . Sorry to say we never recommended this place .
Supposed to be a great family dinner out but turns out to be our worst dining experience ever.
Foods was undoubtedly delicious but we found a hair tangled on a piece of shrimp inside the plastic bag. We called the waitress who served the food, before we even got a chance to took a photo of it as our proof, she took it right away and give to her manager. The waitress came back and told us that the hair may came from my daughter and that she saw my 2yr old baby “rolling” on the table. (By the way, before they serve the food my baby was just sitting on the table and never “rolled” as she was just simply happy playing and entertained by their rotating acrylic poster display when 1 guy staff came and said he wants to borrow that acrylic thing and without a word took it from my baby and put on the other table away from us! We were shock and offended with what he did as it’s obvious that there’s a lot of vacant table with the same acrylic things but we let just it pass though he is obviously rude.
So there comes the manager and instead of saying sorry and solving the issue, he start to defend and said that it’s impossible that the hair came from anyone of his team! We’re surprised the way he approached us and just casually told us that he will only change that 1pc shrimp. I don’t know if we will laugh but that’s the worst and unprofessional answer we ever had coming from a manager. We feel that as an insult that he maybe think that we will ask for freebies or to change the whole meal, but we don’t have any intention on doing that.
My husband try to speak with the manager and explained things but he remained in denial and starts to argue.
We understand that things may go wrong unintentionally and this can happen anywhere but we hoped that atleast they show a little bit of sympathy to customer instead of blaming and defending right away without even checking the cause or reason or atleast solve properly the issue.
We end up living the place, offended and barely touched the food as we already feel uncomfortable and can’t stand the tension of the environment. We went there as a family and expecting to have a great night and experience but turns out to be a wrong decision at the end of the day.
Very frustrating and very poor customer service.
Got the take out & everything was cooked perfectly!!!
