Bellacure Nails – Bellacure Beauty Center

So before today, I would have come onto here and would have said this is the only salon I go to, and have been going to for years (at least twice per month). However after what occurred today, that will be the last time I set foot in that salon.

I got my regular services done, and was happy with the work. Since they have changed the receptionist though I was not happy as Joanna was amazing and I didn’t understand why they moved her to the other branch.
The lady went to ring me up and told me my total, I usually have company discount, which I forgot was not redeemable on weekends -I always go on weekdays-. I have asked her to kindly make an exception as I was traveling the next day hence why I came on a weekend forgetting this tiny issue with discount.
She presumed to go on and saying no and whatnot. I asked her once more to kindly reconsider as I always go as I mentioned earlier, and I do multiple services per visit and regardless of the discount or not still paid a large amount. She again said no.
I paid the full amount, and swore to never set foot in that salon ever again and that she now lost a loyal customer.

I understand if this was done on several occurrences by someone trying to cheat the system and get a discount, however I have never once done that and the way a loyal customer was treated in this situation was highly unacceptable.

Safe to say I will not be returning after today.

My Favorite Nail Salon for 3 years now! Extremely professional Specially Joan! Really recommend.

The salon is great very clean and spectacular hygiene by following all covid standards and precautions.
Staff are amazing and very humble, nothing to comment about nails other than profesional. I had my hair damaged by another place horrible results and went to bellacure to fix it madam soha took very good care of me, as well as the professional hair stylist miss maha ladies just ask for her directely she is incredibly profesional knows what she is doing, she ubderstand what exactely you want and she make it. She also gave me options and advice she managed to fix my hair without any damage or hair fall or anything like that. Great job, after been in hundreds salon finally find my only destination that will stick with. Thanks again for the great job
