I specifically requested highlights to be done only on roots and showed her until which length I want it to be bleached, avoiding the already overly bleached hair. The stylist ended up putting bleach ONLY on already bleached area and avoiding the roots!!! By the time I realized what’s going on my hair was already destroyed. Top of my hair was poorly done and I ended up leaving salon with akmost neon YELLOW roots and completely burned middle and tips and my hair was very long and healthy. It’s been over a month now and I’m still trying to remove yeow roots, had to cut 20 cm of my hair length because my hair was extremely damaged and dry and no mask could fix it. My hair is falling off constantly. Extremely unsatisfied and unhappy with this salon and I will never again return. Strongly do not recommend!!
