I have never been treated this bad in any salon before. The water for the pedicure was very cold. When I asked about it, I was told “No! It’s hot!” This is only one example. They were very unfriendly and I felt so uncomfortable and stressed I just wanted to leave. When I calmly tried telling the manager that I’m about to leave and they don’t need to complete the service even though I will still pay in full, she didn’t even give me a chance to speak and immediately jumped on the defense. I was really disappointed as they are near my home and I thought I was going to visit them often. I just left feeling more stressed than before I entered.

سيئين جدا ❌ فرع دلما مول ، اولا تعامل العامله في الاستقبال سيء، وثانيا جربت اسوي عندهم مانكير واكتشفت اللي سوت لي بدون خبره، تحط اللون ويخرب معاها وتمسح كل شي، وترد تحط لون ثاني طبقات ما تنشف، وفوق كل هذا جتني اللي في الاستقبال وقالت اذا تبينه ينشف بنستخدم لج ماده تنشفه بسرعه ولازم تدفعين اكثر، ودفعت ، وقبل ما اطلع من باب الصالون اخترب، نصب، ما انصح فيه ابدا

I have visited this place 3 times for waxing and the 3rd time I went there was a Philippino who treated so bad, her body language or the way she looked at me was like, She does waxing in this salon … all though it wasn’t mentioned through her looks and the way she did waxing told everything, they charge high and don’t have manners to treat people with respect.
I did ask her if she’s comfortable to wax me, this salon doesn’t have people who are professional, all though my previous visit wasn’t like this.

I tried the one on al Mushrif mall my experience was unpleasant .
– no proper greeting
– no complementary drinks
– the place smelled bad
– the finish of my nail polish was not clean
– the place and tools are old and well used even the nail polish is very old
Defiantly not coming again
