February 13, 2022 at 5:16 amI decided to use their services based on their reviews. The first time was great. Rose the cleaning lady did a good job and was professional. I tried using them again the second time. No one arrived and when I called no one picked up. Eventually I got through to find out what was happening. The lady on the phone said they got my name mixed up as they have two clients named Lisa on the system. If that’s the case, and both Lisa’s booked on the same day at the same time with the SAME cleaning lady, then someone in charge of booking should have made sure that they called both clients to ensure that the cleaning lady arrived at the clients house. It was a poor excuse to be honest because it didn’t make sense. She apologized and I let it go. I booked on Friday and when I asked for the cleaning lady Rose, the lady had the audacity to tell me that Rose was already booked with REGULAR clients and she will not be available on any other day either. I said it was fine, and then made a booking still. So, this morning I was suppose to have someone come at 8. At 8:08 no one is here. I then messaged the lady I had spoken to. No reply, so I called. When I called she said that she will check and find out. At 8:30 I decided to call since it had been almost 20 mins since she said that she will find out. The phone just rang so I messaged her. She gives me more excuses. “I’m on the line with the other person in charge” “sorry dear for the delay” ” there has been a problem with the system” “due to it we were unable to see it on the system”. All these excuses and no accountability. If you or your company know that there is a “problem” with the system why not find solutions to fix it or find other ways to make sure that things like this don’t happen. For example, get the people who made the bookings to follow up with the cleaning person to make sure that they know that they have a client at that specific time and call the client to follow up to see that the cleaning person has arrived. I cancelled the booking and that’s when the they tried to call, conveniently. It probably doesn’t matter but you have just lost a NEW client.

December 15, 2021 at 11:53 amThis company is truly a jewel. I’ve had them in to clean my carpets, couches, curtains, the outdoor windows and my patio as well and they are just brilliant. They are professional, friendly, get the work done and the house smells amazing when they leave. They have reasonable prices as well. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I also found once you instruct them of your exact requirements you do not need to repeat yourself, they take note of what is required. I found their staff to be pleasant and trustworthy.
I have recommend the the Cleaning Company to many of my friends and family and all have been very satisfied with their service.

The managment is very friendly and responsive both by phone and whatsapp. Also their value for money is much better than what other companies are charging for the same services, their prices are more realistic and reasonable for the services they provide. Will be using them again if I need a cleaning.
