I booked a pre-paid cleaning for 9 am on a Saturday, at 9:30 I still haven’t received any calls or been contacted, I tried to reach the owner via WhatsApp or call but she was unresponsive, eventually I called the driver that informed me that there is no cleaning scheduled for me on this day, I tried reaching the owner again but then she switched off her phone.
I came to find out that she has cancelled my booking in order to have enough staff for another client that has booked after me.
Completely unprofessional, also its clear why the reviews everywhere are very bad for this company.

It was literally my worst experience with this horrible cleaning service company, and the owner of the company has an EXTREMELY bad attitude. I complained about the cleaning because the house was exactly the same after the cleaner came in. She did nothing but wipe the floors and the counter! After i complained on whatsapp and on the phone the owner was hysterically screaming at my husband & I. I can’t even explain how bad it was, i was shocked! No one ever screamed at me this way, i was about to call the police on her but i was patient and just decided to never deal with her! I want to make sure that everyone sees this and never ever tries their service! I will make sure this company closes down!
