May 1, 2021 at 11:24 pmThey came late after telling them to strictly come at 9 AM. We found later that they left many corners dusty. Wardrobes were not cleaned and told them to re-clean it…There was no water in the house and they didn’t inform us of this to fix it and had them to redo the cleaning all over again; sadly i didn’t check the second time because i assumed they would have done a proper job. Cleaning staff were lazy and some of them re-entered the house without taking their shoes. They were about to leave when we caught them and checked the house and it was very dusty. Avoid this company as they seem to be inconsistent in their work. I ordered deep cleaning but got shallow cleaning instead.

October 27, 2020 at 12:22 pmI had booked them to arrive at 9am, no one showed up until after 11am. Once they finally got here the work they did was good. Rating them 3 stars, if they were on time it would have been 5, but the fact that they promised 9am, and then made excuses about a driver missing a turn on the road, in musaffah, which cost them a 2 hour delay, is a joke honestly. I had to reschedule my entire work day around them as they couldn’t keep to their timing correct. I will use them again but I will shop around to see if other companies will stick to their timing.
