Company is not customer service oriented. A person came to visit my site for evaluation. The person promised me to sent a quotation for all what needed including my water problem. I did not hear from them for 3 (4 days with friday in total) working days. I contact them, the manager was on the phone, I ask him what is the update on my site. He replied “you have water problem, solve it with your developer then talk to us”. This is was a shock for me, I told him every site has it own challenges that’s the reason we call landscape company such as yours. He arrogantly replied me” 10,000 AED is your system cost”. I have no budget issue, all what I need a full report on the site and what my site need. But the manager keep rising his voice and refuse to reason or justify the amount. If this is the mentality of dealing with customer from the day one, how this will go in future. I was looking forward to a high quality company who deal with me in timely manar but I ended up been send away by the manager of the company.
