We lost our money and time visiting this place and it was of no use also. Please cross check your identity before going to this place for a pcr test.

الموظفون في المركز ليس لهم اي خبرة في موضوع خدمة العملاء عدى عن ذلك لديهم القابلية على استخدام الايدي
وعندما قمت بالتكلم مع مالك المركز لاخباره عن الشكوى بدأ بخلق الاعذار لتصرف موظفيه.

cheaper corona test but too much delayed the result.
3 days before the reult came. I have important things to do in dubai done the corona test to them since its cheaper to other clinic but been stranded for 2 days because of late result for this covid test..
Hard to make followup to.them since no one answering their whatsapp and telephone hotline also.
For how many times i called and leave them a message even not a single ring back.
putting blame to others that is not their mistake. But the report stated that they give the result after 3 days the covid test done. Who to be blame?
