March 16, 2021 at 7:36 pmPoor planning, bad communication, unskilled careless workers, disorganised, brought 2 small trucks for a 4 big truck job, so wasted half of the day and the manpower travelling to and forth. At the end left the stuff in the boxes without unpacking or fixing as agreed.

I used them to move within Dubai this Summer ( 2020)
Just to name few dameged items which I had to discover by myself as they would not mention anything: bend and scratched (2X) mayer speakers( the movers had put them in the box with other items without any wrapping!), keyboard key, scrached big mirror frame, scratched dishwasher doors, chipped chester drawer in 2 places, had to replace lamp shades as they were white and they arrived to my new place filthy, bend table lamp, damaged TV unit in 2 places.
They didn’t unpacked anything as they clamed they do not know where the things should go!
AS I was unpaking I was shocked to see that literally everything was just thrown into the boxes.
They arrived over an hour late!
To say that I am extremely unhappy with their service is understatement.
