Adam and Eve Ayurveda- having an ongoing ayurvedic treatment package here, and unfortunately the appointment scheduling system is highly flawed.
The front desk person does not have regards for the customer’s time.
Whenever there is a delay for any reason, they don’t care to inform about the delay (on the contrary there is an automated message which confirms your same appointment time).
Also, even though you are on time and they are delaying you, they shamelessly tell you to wait..!
There is not even a single word of apology or regret and there is absolutely no regards for our time, while we wait , leaving all our works and wasting our precious time…!!!
Utterly disappointed with the booking and scheduling service…!!
