It was an accident repair to the body of my truck. Kumar promised the truck would be ready the next afternoon. When we rang him, he said it won’t be ready until the vehicle the next day and he will ring us the next morning (Friday), however, he never rang. When we rang him, he never answered. When we rang him again, he said he will deliver the vehicle to my residence before 12 noon, it was after that time that he brought it over. The work was not professionally done as well. I won’t ever go back there!
They took my car , got into accident with it and dented and damaged the back bumper. Took 3k dirhams upfront for transmission parts. They took the car to a third part shop in Sharjah without my consent and the transmission was in worse condition when they returned the car to me 1 week late. I will be taking them to court. Worst experience ever had. Full of empty promises.
