With the recent staff, everything goes down the drain from handling the issues with clients, professionalism, organization, time management and so on. They have never followed the safety precautions during pandemic. They care less about the safety of the staff as well as the clients. This is very frustrating especially when everyone needs to be equally responsible to keep people safe around them. On top of that they lied too. I am done with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

March 30, 2020 at 7:19 amI engaged this company for 11 or 12 years and we used to be very happy. It’s a shame, since the manager Caroline died (what a sad and great loss!), it seems not to be the same company.
Helpful Review 3Caroline was always open for communication. Tried contacting the management for months now, without success.
No emergency contact or escalation point only “Sorry maaam, I’m new I don’t know”. Issues are obviously not be reported or forwarded to management. I asked several times for them to get in touch – nothing.

November 15, 2019 at 11:49 pmI’m so disappointed with this company. The lady that they sent to us was really good, we are really satisfied and if she worked for another company we would definitely call her again, but never again with them.
Helpful Review 1They are never punctual (even after being late several times and us complaining, they put us on priority and still arrived late!)
We had hired a lady, she was to pick up a child from school and come home with her (5min distance) and then after giving her lunch clean up the house.
The lady did a good job, but she was late 3 times (out of 4!!)
The child was left in school for almost 40 minutes because of their driver being late despite the fact that they are located in the same area as the school and our house.
