They went out of their way to get us an appointment as early as possible as the situation was urgent. Dr Dominik is the first vet we’ve seen in Dubai who really took the time to take a full history and actually listened to our concerns. For once I felt that someone else actually cared about our dog and it wasn’t just about money. They kept us updated on everything and the reception staff have also been incredibly helpful! Would definitely recommend them for other pet owners! Thank you for helping us and Cooper!!

They arrive on time which is appreciated because our dog is so excited to see them, unlike other groomers.
Extremely professional, kind and friendly groomers.
Jeff the groomer is Fantastic with 11 years experience.
Vetcare do such a spectacular job not only grooming but veterinary care.
I highly recommend.
The front of house ladies are friendly and always approach your pet by their first name and do all they can to assist you as well as the Vets- who take their time to explain everything. Your appointment never feels rushed , which is important. The assistances are fantastic also.
#vetcare_dubai is AMAZING. You won’t be disappointed.

Goran Nikolovski was very aggressive with my pet she had an ear infection which got worse after he tried cleaning it which was done in a very harsh way therefore I do not recommend DR . Goran he was also not corporate dealing with situation when I tried complaining about it.

July 11, 2020 at 11:55 amWe found very good vet clinic after a long search. We brought our chihuahua with knee bone problem but Dr. Anastas Petrov diagnosed very professional way and saved us from surgery. After a week, my puppy is walking perfectly without pain. Thank you VetCare Animal Clinic.
I have used to visit different vet but this clinic is charging economy prices. I can recommend this clinic to every pet owners in Dubai. 🙂
