January 19, 2022 at 6:14 amMade a reservation here for January 1st, the event was canceled and I requested a refund as it was a friends birthday who was visiting from England. Firstly they refused a refund, after waiting almost a hour they agreed a refund.
I have now been waiting 3 weeks and still have not received a 1800 AED refund. The service is shocking

General: the employees on the beach are mainly busy checking whether there are non-paying guests. For a beach club that strives for a top5 listing in Dubai, there are certainly areas for improvement.
Tips!
Helpful Review1. Leveling the beach daily. Now it looks like a public beach with potholes;
2. Place all towels evenly folded on the cots with logo/name facing forward;
3. Prepare bed towels for the arriving guests and spread them on the beds;
4. Beds are less chic than at other beach clubs.
5. Waiting staff is difficult to reach. There is not enough attention;
6. Clean up the empty glasses, cups and plates at the beds more regularly.

Service very very slow too. Once paid and through wasn’t greated and had to find someone to see where I was going. Booking process very good though.
