Always be wary of any company that ask their clients to provide a 5* rating before any service is provided. Recently they changed the break pads on a Mercedes Benz, a very simple procedure. They managed to incorrectly fit the parts for a simple break replacement they released the vehicle without the correct inspections or test drive. This is a major safety issue, which could’ve led to a serious accident and people losing their lives. The issue was raised with the management they failed to investigate and correct the mistake. The vehicle had to be taken to a professional Mercedes approved garage to rectify the mistakes. Wheels Spa management failed to show any remorse they are very rude and unprofessional. Overall 0/10 rating for workmanship, 0/10 for customer service.

Tried advice for anyone going to well spa. I went with them for a while. I changed the safaif / breaks of the tensioner, but the car was emitting a loud sound. I came back with them twice. نصيحه مجرب لاحد يروح ويل سبا. رحت عندهم من فتره غيرت صفايف/ بريكات الموتر بس السياره كانت تطلع صوت عالي رجعت عندهم مرتين كلمت راعي المحل مصطفى قلت ليه في شي غلط السياره تطلع صوت عالي قالي عادي ما فيها شي . تعبت من الصوت و رحت كاراج ثاني طلع مركبين الصفايف / البريكات بل مقلوب و عندي تقرير و ويديو بل كلام . كلمت مصطفى راعي المحل قال لي ما راح يتحمل المسؤولية و مسح كل المحادثات والفاتوره من الواتساب عشان ما اقدر اشتكي عليه
