May 6, 2022 at 11:38 amIt has almost been now 35 days since I was told I would receive the refund on the unused sessions by the JLT clinic. Firstly I was told it takes 14 working days after submitting an online refund request which would end on 1st of April 2022. After that I followed up several times on whatspp and I was kept on being told that it’s under approval by management. Today on 5th May I called them and still the same status that it’s on urgent priority and nobody from the management is available due to Eid Holidays ! Almost 3500 aed is with them !

April 3, 2022 at 6:57 amHad a surgery on my right shoulder more than a year ago. Pain started to come back on thr same ahoulder and the left one as well. Went to Dr. Chris for consultation. After 12 sessions, pain reduced by more than 70% and within the next 12 session pain was almost gone on both shoulders.

March 30, 2022 at 1:28 pmI’m taking time to write down my reviews here as I was once looking for reviews from people about Chiropractices. I was suffering from tremendous pain in my right hand from neck down, this had been since the past 6yrs and grew worst lately. I had visited two doctors and both had suggested a surgery since one of the disc in my backbone was pressing into one of the major nerve of my hand. I was facing numbness, pain and culd bearly do anything with my right hand.
As suggested my a friend to try Chiro before doing any operation I was searching for a doctor.
I am so thankful for the reviews here that I decided to vist this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Alali (Chris) for treating me and for also the emotional support when I was losing hope of a cure.
Not to forget that staff, the name of the clinic is so apt…there is so much happiness and warmth each time I visited the clinic. Sùper caring staff of Health & Happiness! Amazing team, thank you for treating me I can use my right hand now and was saved from an operation.

March 21, 2022 at 3:42 pmMiraculous recovery experience – suffered from acute backaches, neck pain, and numbness in left hand leg for a over 5 years. Mostly dependant on painkillers (tablet and injections) and even consulted few hospitals to go through lumbar spine surgery.

January 13, 2022 at 10:41 amBelieve me when I say this, they really do know your bones. I happened to come across the ad for the clinic through Instagram, and went there for my cervical issues. IT was a good decision, indeed. Dr.Matthew and Dr.Oak both are well-trained, especially Dr.Matthew and his way of patient conduct.

January 5, 2022 at 2:39 pmI was a bit skeptic when I went to the clinic, but the staff and Dr. Chris were very helpful. They made sure I understand the process and I felt way better than before. Day 1 already showed improvements until I finished the 12 sessions. The staff along with the physio were very helpful!

December 23, 2021 at 3:35 pmThis clinic has been amazing. I just completed a 12 week program to treat a blocked disk and my scoliosis. Dr. Chris and the team is amazing. Everyone is so kind, caring, and personable. My experience with the clinic has been excellent. Previously I suffered from lower and upper back pain and had frequent pain down my left leg. After my consultation they gave me a comprehensive report and took the time to explain everything to me. Since my treatment I feel so much better!

December 17, 2021 at 11:45 amLast week I could barely walk, I needed help to get out of bed and my back pain was unbearable. I arrived to Dr Chris’s office unable to sit my spine was curved after 2 treatments I could stand straight almost all pain was gone. I started compression therapy and 4 sessions later I’m good as new. I can’t thank Dr Chris enough for all his hard work and compassion!

November 21, 2021 at 8:01 pmWILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES DONE TO YOU. I took 36 sessions as I was having back pain (had successful surgery done almost 9 years ago), however the physiotherapist, John Rostata, pulled my hip with his entire body weight (without consulting the chiropractor) and has damaged the entire muscle area around my hip. This incident happened 8 months ago in March 2021, and since then my hip elevates upwards on one side and I am in excruciating pain and find it difficult to walk. John was very rude and lacked compassion, also not acknowledging his mistake, despite causing all this pain. I paid and got a back MRI done, the clinic covered the hip MRI and ultra sound months later, however Dr Thomas Dawson is not taking any responsibility whatsoever over the actions taken by his physiotherapist. I have many images and videos over the course of 8 months that prove and show the damage that has been done. He however is trying to shift the blame over surgery that I had almost 9 years ago; whereas I have NEVER had any problem around my hip area and this only happened after John Rostata pulled the muscle of the hip. 8 months later and it is yet to heal, I came in with a back problem and now have left with a back AND HIP problem. If I could leave a negative star I would, so this one star goes to Dr Dean Shwartz as he was lovely and tried to help as much as he could.

I recently injured myself playing sports resulting in a lot of lot pain and discomfort. I was also not properly diagnosed and treated by a hospital which led me to visit Dr Chris.
The treatment and service I got was fantastic! They explained the process in detail and answered all my questions to help me better understand how and why this happened, including how i will be treated moving forward.
I was also given guidance on how best to restart my training and avoid this happening again. My recovery rate was much better and quicker then what i expected.Thank you

Helpful ReviewI had cramps and tension in my hands and legs for years. The previous doctors only gave me painkillers and no treatment. With Dr Chris I have started physiotherapy and my pain has decreased significantly with great improve.
I highly recommend Dr chris and the whole team, they are always very helpful and friendly

July 6, 2021 at 7:51 amHaving suffered for more than 10 years with neck pain, little movement, dizziness and headaches my husband convinced me to see a Chiropractor. Somewhat skeptical I went along, thinking that no-one could help after years of seeing specialists with no solution, I honestly didn’t realise it was my neck giving me the headaches.
Helpful ReviewHow wrong was I. Dr Chris knew exactly what the issue was after several x-rays and an examination. Long story short, 2 weeks into the treatment which includes decompression of the neck I have almost full range of movement, no headaches for over 2 weeks, dramatic pain reduction and emotionally in a brighter place. The treatment is uncomfortable rather then painful. I have another 2 weeks to complete with ongoing after care in the future. Their care and professionalism is 100% and I cannot recommend them enough. No need to suffer long term! If you haven’t considered this treatment, I urge you to do so! Thank you!

July 5, 2021 at 7:34 amI visited the Centre in 2019 with Radiculopathy issues probably the Sciatica and developing Scoliosis and did their subsidised 2 session course with examinations and one adjustment.However at that time due to no Insurance and no funds..just walked away.Went to them again last month and was attended to by Dr Oak , nice person and doctor.I was afraid they wouldnt be able to retrieve the old xray records again and would have to do it again..but they had all the previous data and with my old MRI ,the treatment proceeded instantly.Though I found decompression not to be so useful, just trusted their advices and took them after reading materials on Google.Now in the second month and new physiotherapy inhouse advised, am hopeful for some good results, though many previous symptoms have reduced and dont think such issues can go away permanently , but am looking forward to improvement..All the best

June 19, 2021 at 9:52 amIf you’re ever wondering, “does seeing a chiropractor help a locked jaw?” Surprisingly for me, it did!
I came to see Dr. Chris for a pain in my lower back. His comprehensive approach led to the assessment of my 5-year long every so often excruciating pain associated with jaw locking, the popping and clicking noises when opening my mouth.
Not only my chiropractic adjustments helped ease the discomfort in my back but it also provided immediate relief and brought my jaw back in alignment.
Dr. Chris is unquestionably the best at what he does and so are the physiotherapists who assisted me, Ron and Paulo.
I’m truly glad I have it a go because now I’m good as new!
