Hello everyone!
Had a bad experience with this company, highly do NOT recommend to work with them if you don’t want to loose money and much much time, energy and patience.

So it all started good, with nice promises, but finished with that we had to fire this company and stop working with them in the middle of ruins in our apartment.

The quotation price was raising up like everyday (literally like mushrooms growing in the forest). Multiple things were mentioned in the quote twice (so one job, but in different words and you are chargers twice), or the “funny” thing was that the same amount of job was quoted 8000 aed and then couple of points down 25000 aed
I was like whaaaaatttt?! Seriously?!

Then the company was notified about that and revised this point to 8000 aed.
But I mean, if I would not see this…yeap((((

I asked to review all the quotation on what I was refused. After what was decided to fire them.

So next thing was, that somehow the documentation submission took them more then 2 months (we were planning to move in before 2 months haha) and still wasn’t finished, a lot of excuses heard that it is the problem of the developer. But when we contacted the main office we were informed that still docs are not submitted((((( but we were charged for that, of course.
We started new submission by ourselves after all of this lost time…
Got it done in 2 weeks!!!!!! Instead of 2 months, so I have no idea what they were doing for more then 2 months.

Also we were planning on removing one wall (we were informed by designer (not their designer) and contractor that it is possible. That’s actually was the only reason we started renovation as we wanted to change planning. And after these 2 months we actually getting to know that they “know since the begging that this wall cant be removed and all plans they submitted were with the wall”.

This knocked me out. Everything is ordered, furniture, new kitchen, wardrobe. literally everything for the design we made without the wall … i was speechless .. they told me “that they thought I know”… after 2 months of silence. The plans we signed for submission were with the wall but contractor informed us that it is on purpose to make process faster and later they will submit a plan without the wall.
What obviously was not true((((((

Of course, we were unable to live in our apartment and all this time was paying for hotels and rented apartments. Awful.

Now we are trying to get our money back (partial) (because we prepayed 50% and the job that was actually done is less than amount we payed) and guess what?
Nobody is giving us money back, actually telling us that we still owe them .. haha

Unbelievable!!

Save yourself and your central nervous system and avoid working with this company.

The only way for us now to get justice is raising the case with our legal team, which we are planning on.
