I used to visit this branch frequently per month but I don’t think I will be visiting it anymore. Today, one of the staff was extremely rude to me, where I have asked him to add some extras to my burrito with additional cost that I will be paying and he kept on arguing and telling me you can’t have this and this is our rules. What kind of service is this??

November 15, 2021 at 12:22 pmHad an unpleasant delivery experience but the management went out of their way to ensure that was rectified. For this, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars and, next time, will order directly from them and not via a food aggregator.
We received a large burrito, quesadilla and bowl with steak and we really enjoyed our food. The burrito was huge and tasty, the quesadilla also was very nice and it was the first time I tried it so will try it again. The salad was good, too. As dessert, we got churros which was the highlight of the meal, in particular the caramel and chocolate sauce … yummy!

November 7, 2021 at 6:02 amVisited yesterday, the staff at the counter was very strange, normally they offer you all he topics and options, this time we have to ask for veggies, for beans… He filled everything like counting the food pieces. On the cream and cheese part I asked for both and he was like “BOTH!!” very surprised haha I always ask like that. Was odd, he doesn’t seem to enjoy working there much.

September 20, 2021 at 8:27 pmThe food’s good but the service needs to be better. If the place gets a little busy, it takes quite some time for you to get your order. The staff is super helpful.
If there are a couple of home delivery orders that come through, there will be other staff that are preparing the home delivery orders jumping in and taking food from the station while you’re being served.
They were out of the veg fajita and it’d take them 15 minutes to refill it so I couldn’t add it to my burrito.
The price is a bit on the higher side and they charge AED 5 to 6 for extra sauce, cheese or guac. Good to try once but don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer.
Also, I was asked to provide my feedback and review them on Google once I was done with my meal.
