I ordered 3 of their best selling juice blends and they all tasted awful that I threw them out after a sip of each because I could not stomach their taste. I paid about 140 AED for all 3 juice blends, including the delivery charge, and later realized I literally wasted all that money. On top of that, after I left a review on the delivery app I used to make the order from, an employee from the restaurant called me to ask about what happened and suggested I make another order to try some of their other juice blends and that they would give me one free – but only if I actually made another order from their restaurant. I really didn’t want to because I knew it wouldn’t have made a difference and while the employee was apologetic, it didn’t really make me feel any better since I lost a good deal of money for JUICE. The employee didn’t bother to even offer me a partial refund until I actually suggested it; he said I would be refunded via the delivery app but I never got any credit or funds back. I have lost faith in positive online reviews because most of them are not genuine and I keep finding that out the hard way.
