So their original is pretty thin crust and the actual thin crust is paper thin.
Not filling at all.

Food was delicious..but there should be hand wash area.

I was not going to write this review, but finally writing it as I don’t want the management to take things lightly. This wasn’t my first bad experience with DEBONAIRS ( AL GARHOUD Branch ) .

Last time when I ordered , the pizzas arrived after 1.30 hrs and they were not delivered in a way that we could eat them. They were toppled and broken , and all toppings were off form the pizzas. When I call and complained , they said it is not their mistake but it is the Zomato drivers mistake as they don’t handle it well. But at least they were nice enough to rectify it. They told me next time ma’am pls order directly from our app or website to avoid such delays and issues.

Last to last week i ordered from the app ( downloaded it specially ) and gave all the instructions. The pizzas did not arrive for 1 hr , when I called they told me ma’am the driver met with an accident he is ok but the Pizzas will take more time as we will re prepare your order . For another 45 mins the pizzas did not arrive. The manager over there gave me his number and told me that ma’am we will provide you complimentary pizza whenever you want for ur next one order.

The pizzas arrived and the crust was not the regular one which we requested, the quality was also not at all upto the mark . The manager said he would look into it and told me order the pizza next time which would be complimentary.

I called them last Friday, reminded them of the conversation, and told him I would like to order my complimentary order, nothing was done. On the other hand we were denied what had been promised.

It could have been handled in a better way.
Really disappointed with the quality and the way things we’re handled.

The quality is what matters – it has really changed.
