November 6, 2021 at 7:04 pmTrying Mr Crab for the second time, but this time it was the Barsha branch. I had the usual seafood bucket, super yum and staff where super friendly. The only concern I would like to raise to the Management is 2 of the restaurant tables where completely occupied by the staffs for their lunch at 4.30 pm. This was when the restaurant was almost full. Staffs always play a key role in any business, but please ensure next time when they are seated its always in a corner spot. Peace !!

I rarely write negative reviews but I really had to share my experience so others can know too ..
I’m a big fan of Mr. Crab , but the one in Burjuman. It was my first time to visit the one next to mall of the Emirates, I thought it would be the same..
Food is the same but hospitality and service is VERY disappointing.
The chief refused to mix my shrimps with the sauce , saying “it would require double of the sauce quantity “!!! Well, firstly I asked them to just mix the sauce not add more, 2nd , the Burjman team always happy to mix it for me. Lastly, even if it would require a bit more sauce, so what?! , not that I needed more thought…
2nd uncomfortable thing is the small place , and staff visits the table too many times , even if I used a tissue they’d immediately come to collect this tissue .. no body likes this … feels like someone is watching you when you are eating… who would be comfortable with that!! Leave people to eat peacefully then clean after they leave!
It just was a very uncomfortable experience, overall…

Specially I want to thank Ms. Dell and Ms. Marry also there is a girl with high puff hair style but I forgot her name. The are very much attentive. I’m sure my cravings gonna take me there again. Thanks alot to all for making my experience so memorable
