There was only only us and another couple sitting. But since the moment we entered the place, and found ourselves seats, no one bothered to come and say hi. We were sitting for 5mins, the other table finished ordering but the staff still didn’t attend to us. (No one said hi , no eye contact, as if we were invisible. )
I stood up and took one menu from another empty table, but still nobody came to attend us.
In the end we left cause it was so frustrating and embarrassing to sit there!
(They had 4, 5 staff working at that time.)
Will never never step foot in this place again 🙂

August 28, 2021 at 9:18 amReasonable assortment of sushi and sashimi in the Depachika Food Hall. The salmon pokebowl is generous with salmon sashimi and marinated seaweed. Fried salmon skin sushi roll is also delish!
Helpful Review 4Seats get filled up rather fast during peak hours. Challenging to find seats especially if one has a larger party of 4.

June 25, 2021 at 6:47 pmWould not really recommend this sushi place. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not go again. Fish is packaged, not fresh. They claimed to receive it daily, but later admitted that the fish packages “have expiration dates on them”. I asked to be shown those packages – they did.
Service was extremely slow.
Will not eat here again.

May 25, 2021 at 5:39 pmI got very disappointed in todays dinner. The portions are too small, for price we’ve paid, and we’ve paid 365 aed for the smallest pokey ball and sushi rolls. And this is all in “food court”. Didn’t expect this at all.

Highly professional and friendly staff, happy to accommodate your special requests. One of the few places in MOE where you can enjoy a glass of wine with your dinner. And talking about wine, the selection is exquisite.
The place is very clean, with social distancing and Covid19 precautions in place.
Dining with a stunning view of Ski Dubai is an experience on its own. This place is a true gem of MOE.
