November 6, 2019 at 10:13 amFood is good as sushi can be but problem is their non transparent menu – they show you a menu with smaller prices and when you are about to pay they show you the actual menu that they keep next to the cashier. That is extremely irresponsible! Also staff are too lethargic, good takes loooong time to be prepared and in the end they confuse your orders, sometimes bringing you something that you didn’t even order. I’m not going there anymore.

Food lethargically slow to be prepared, the service staff not paying attention to orders and requests. They will tell you they are out of stock of items that are literally on the shelf next to them! And the food – poorly prepared, bad temperature and not served with the correct cutlery, condiments or in the right order. Twice I came here and was served Katsu Curry before sushi (???)It is no wonder they have 50% off for half the week. Avoid, go to Cafe Sushi in Fairmont.

Well then sushi counter is definitely a tip pick – yes the restaurant looks more like a order and go restaurant but when u taste the food u know wow that’s the right place for some super Delicious Japanese kitchen – they also deliver so try their food and u will be definitely satisfied – and fair prices by the way
