October 9, 2021 at 11:05 amI visited this restaurant for the first time today… I’m from Chennai and lived near the Main Saravana Bhavan branch…. And its quite good there. But here in Dubai this Bur Dubai branch I was disappointed… Well food was fine… But super expensive…also the quantity for the money that is being charged… Too less. No wonder I didn’t find much customers here. There are other hotels nearby which provide double the quantity with half the price, and super quality taste. There’s Vasanta, Sangeeta, Swadesh etc.. Much cheaper and good quality food offerings… Management needs to look into this otherwise they’ll not be able to run it for long

August 23, 2021 at 9:59 pmi had my onam Sathya 2021 without banana leave 1st time in my life on Saravana Bhavan. Food taste not familar with real onam Sathya. It just a name only ONam Sathya poster outside door entrnace of restaurant to boost our business.

July 23, 2021 at 9:51 amFood is okay. But very bad service from staff. Incompetent, Rude. Impolite and borderline shameless. The head of staff there is the worse of them all. This burdubai branch service staff are completely bringing down the level of an established multinational brand.
The owner should look into it as others have also posted similar experiences. Their service standards and attitude needs change.
