My movie started at 9.35 pm, I joined the queue for a snack at 9.20 pm
Now it’s 9.56 pm and still there are 2 more people in line to get a snack !!!
Horrible disappointing service !!!
Finally got my order at 10.10 pm
Also horrible service as I went down inside the screen 7 to finally see the movie only to see that the order is incomplete

Horrifying experience

Due to slow service at the concessions
Cinema seating is very strange and kind of a cash trap!
But all in all the experience is alright

I went there to watch movie with w friend. Overall the Ambience is amazing. Staff is supportive. They need to improve the quality of popcorns.

Overall its a good place

Recently watched Eternals at Novo cinemas Ibn Battuta this was I guess 7th movie I watched at Novo. I always took a standard ticket so I am going to review for that only. The seats are not much comfortable at all. Seats are not recliner. Back starts paining in a movie of 2 hours. Sound and picture quality is average. Sounds quality at Vox cinemas is better. Me and my friend tried almost for an hour to book the tickets online but the site was almost out of service and finally we decided to reach directly and buy from counter. The multiplex is quite big really. It has 20 screens and number of movies and shows running from around the world Hollywood, Bollywood, South Indian, Chinese Arabic. Can give 4 star given they improve on sound and picture quality.
