22 one of F45’s most infamous cardiovascular workouts, with longer sets and shorter rest periods to get you breathing heavy and feeling the burn (up to 1,000 calories of it, actually).

Abacus is an F45 favorite that is cardio-focused with fewer stations and a twist: increasing work time, then decreasing work time over the workout duration.

  • Athletica

it’s an intense cardio workout designed to establish and build a strong aerobic foundation.

  • Bears

Bears is a staple F45 cardio-based session that relies on explosive, plyometric training using little more than your own body weight as resistance.


Resistance meets functional movement patterns in a full body burn, and we mean burn. You’ll walk out, or possibly crawl, with your body cut like a diamond.

    Favorite gym in the UAE!
    Love their group training classes, the overall ambiance with the music pushes you to work harder..the coaches are also AMAZING and they pay attention to each member, adjusting your position throughout the workout as well as the difficulty level!

    Very good … But I had to pause because my vacation was planned in 2 weeks, if I bought a new subscription and 2 weeks would have burned out simply in vain, since you cannot freeze the days …only if you buy a three month subscription this is possible…

    TBH when I started I was a bit confused between which gym to join but after taking each session which is very different from each other I was more convinced to continue with them.. Especially the TRAINERS who are really focussed on improving and motivating you during the session is one the best part. The most exciting part is how diverse and unique each session is. ‍♀️ ‍♀️

    Favourite place to work out in Dubai – especially if you are looking for a quick and effective workout. Trainers are super friendly and helpful! Room is always clean and sanitized after each class.
