The Warehouse Gym introduced colour, art and music to the plain gym aesthetic. The Warehouse GYM is a new concept that changes the old design of ordinary gyms. Members will be sweating to loud music surrounded by bright colours and feeling a buzz, not unlike that of a nightclub. The warehouse gym embraces music and the club culture so they amplified that energy, which had never been done in a gym before, and they introduced live DJs and nightclub lighting. Warehouse gym designed the walls to showcase graffiti to give the gym a tough, urban feel. Welcome to the new generation of gyms.
Classes provided by Warehouse Gym:

Maximum heart-rate maximum intensity; Warehouse Gym brings you full-body treadmill circuit workout.
- CROSSFIT
The most complete strength and conditioning class. Full CrossFit programme with foundation and ladies classes.
- Kids boxing
Teaching the core elements of boxing such as discipline, respect and commitment. Warehouse Gym keeps the emphasis on children having fun and at the same time teaching the kids self-defense, developing their self-confidence whilst getting them physically active. Classes taught by WBC and ABA qualified boxing coach.
- Pole fitness
The ultimate work out with exercises on the pole that transform the body with super toned muscles, strong core and a beautifully defined physique.
- capoeira
Brazilian martial art form, combining self-defense, acrobatics, dance and music. Itʼs is strongly cardiovascular, develops muscularity and also increases flexibility.
- Boxing
BoxFit learn what its like to workout like a boxer for this ultimate sweat class.
- CYCLE
Be immersed into the cycle class with an audio and lighting experience like no other.
- RUN & RIDE
Our two most popular classes come together G60 and Cycle for the highest calorie burn.
- Circuits
On the beach or in the park, Circuits is the ultimate workout, lead by former royal marine commando.
- Boxing

But even the most modern gym is not cool without cool coaches;) WG Business Bay has really professional coaches, highly recommend!!!

I especially enjoy the CrossFit and Circuit classes by Coach Bron at this location.

August 22, 2020 at 1:19 amKit is reasonably good but a few things missing, place was clean but the kicker was no water dispensers and then had to pay AED 2 for a bottle of water (twice) after I’d paid AED 105 for a single use pass. Won’t be back and will stick with FF. and Very rude two girls in the reception. Not professional and bad attitude.
