I’ve been to 3 appointments with Dr Rafei and have been very pleased by the professionalism of him and his nurses. There is not long waiting time, clinic is clean. Time spent one on one with Dr Rafei is not rushed. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows! Not many Physicians will personally check in with you hours after you’ve left the clinic to ask how you’re feeling! That means a lot! Definitely recommended!

My Ophthalmology appointment with Dr Sonia in Novomed Marina was very pleasant. She asked me about my vision problem (blurry vision and eye dryness) and did several tests to determine the exact cause of my problem. She was patient and attentive, and she answered all of my questions with great detail.
I recommend anyone having a vision problem to visit Dr Sonia. She will provide you with the help you need.

Dr. Kris performed an ankle surgery to my husband 2 years ago and since then our visits/follow ups with Dr. Kris became like a visiting a good old friend.
I’ve been having painful lower lumbar spine for 21 years but never could trust any doctor and do a surgery, spinal fusion surgery.
I am a Week post surgery today (with 4 bolts and 2 rods in my lower back) and already I don’t have the pain (lower back and the entire left leg) that I had a week ago FOR 21 years. I have a different pain, from the wound which will heal soon, but I know the difference (you just don’t forget the 21 years pain).
I am up and around since day 3 after the surgery, only on panadol as painkillers, which means that the procedure went very well and very clean, all because of his skills, experience and knowledge. I must add his friendly approach, good sense of humour and the most importantly, the honest answers to my million questions and concerns. He went so above and beyond in his post operative care as well, he came on his off days to see me in the hospital, providing his personal mobile phone for an emergencies.
Anyone is having low quality life because of a back pain , I highly recommend Dr. Kris. My husband and I are very thankful for what he did for us, it was a life changing. Big thanks to Charisse and Hasnaa (nurse and the assistant of Dr. Kris) for the effort they made throughout the preparation of the surgery

I’ve had appointments with a GP and a few specialists here. The staff, of which I only had appointments with European female doctors and specialists, are professional, friendly and approachable, take their time to examine you and understand your input, and explain their processes and findings.

The venue is clean, bright, spaced out and quite pleasant to visit. There’s free valet parking, otherwise you can quickly walk over from Dubai Marina mall next door if you’re doing some shopping, eating or enjoying a coffee.

Unlike some other clinics, it felt like the specialists were there to help me rather than quickly get me out the door to make a quick buck, although there seems to almost feel like there’s a push to see if there’s any other specialists they can pass you onto (which might be good or bad considering Novomed can be one of the more expensive clinics).

A negative point is that some of the female reception staff can be cold, disinterested and not pleasant.

Visited Marina branch for aesthetic consultation with Dr. Feruza Gafarova. Very pleasant atmosphere. Knowledgeable and attentive doctor. All went good.
