February 22, 2022 at 5:22 amWe went out to eat with my spouse a couple of days ago at 11pm, when there was a narrower menu and both burgers were taken. (BOB signature Burger and JB’s Burger. Needless to say, it was the worst Burger experience ever … I’ve seriously eaten them in hundreds, hundreds of different places … The burger bun wasn’t self-made. The burger was as dry as a desert. My spouse ate JB’s Burger which had only bread and desert dry patty. She couldn’t eat this to the end. Another thing was that when I was ordered I was taking sweet potatoes for my spouse but the waiter pointed out that the fries were included in the price and he could exchange them .. for me when I took the “meat cheese french “this couldn’t be considered and i got really over load of fries (cheese beef fries was awful) and empty funding was made and both frenches were brought in. I wouldn’t even feed my previous experience to an animal and I wouldn’t pay as much as it cost. A couple of days ago we ate steaks in the same place which was a really good experience. Expectations were high. This lowered the points a lot…

September 18, 2019 at 5:29 pmWe had a burger there. Extremely over priced, bun falls apart and dry, and meat is dry and tasteless. We were all so disappointed as we had high hopes for it.

Our table was attended by the manager (didn’t catch his name, but was a tall man). Not only did he take his time in explaining our options, but he maintained a fun conversation that brighten our experience.
The food was delicious. We grabbed the ribs and a few burgers. Good portions. I actually packed the ribs as I couldn’t keep myself away form the delicious complimentary bread we were offered.
The best at the table was the Buffalo chicken burger and the signature ribs.
Would absolutely visit again.

November 2, 2017 at 12:49 pmWent to the restaurant on Tuesday October 24th, lovely decor & friendly staff. I ordered the prawns & chorizo on toast for my starter which was very tasty, my partner had chicken wings when he enjoyed. For our mains he had a burger and I ordered the Black Angus Steak. His burger was cooked as ordered and he ate all of it. Mine on the other hand was dreadful, the steak that came out was rolled up and looked like a cow’s tongue, the meat was full of grizzle and was basically inedible, the brandy peppercorn sauce tasted like washing-up liquid and the mash potatoes that came after 3 requests and 10 minutes after the main course was cold and lumpy. I advised a waiter that I could not eat it and it was taken back and not charged however no manager came near me and the customer service left a lot to be desired. The main course cost over €38 and for that type of money I expect a decent cut of beef and something that I could actually eat. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
