Rekhita has done a fabulous job and she does even with other services that I have done in the past, with her. Thank you blush n curls, for making me realise self care is important. I have missed it since becoming a mother.

December 11, 2021 at 8:50 amHad gone to do a hair treatment at the mankhool branch. my intent was just to reduce just the frizz. but the stylist recommended only the organic protein treatment. it did rule out the frizz but it got straightened which i didnt want at all. i had told her specifically i didnt want straight hair. total waste of money. they have mentioned their prices as 599 but they come out with an extra charge of 400 for thick hair. unprofessional service . would not come back again.

December 7, 2021 at 7:30 amI decided to visit the Al Qusais branch yesterday for the very first time for minor service like threading of eyebrows and upper lip. The lady Sangeetha who serviced me was very nice and polite, but while I was checking to see if my eyebrows was done right, as I have difficult eyebrows to shape, I was told to hurry up as she had another customer to service. I was taken aback by the lady as she was in a hurry to finish off with me and run for the next customer. Whatever the service, big or small, every customer should be given time and not asked to hurry up. That was not all, I politely said thank you and walked to the reception to make the payment. While at that I asked the receptionist Sheena if they have any packages and she throws me the paper with the pricing, without uttering a word. I asked do you have a brochure I could take along and in a grumpy attitude the lady point out the the leaflets lying on the desks. Is this the kind of customer experience Blush and Curls want to give to customers walking in for the first time customers. I had a lot of expectations from my first visit but now decided never to go back there again. Thanks to the exceptional customer service experience.
