This is awesome in the this city. I liked it. Easy free parking infront and quite environment. My loved one liked it a lot. Hope it will be on my regular hang out list

I visited the salon before Christmas for nail extension and pedicure. Guzel, the technician who did the extensions, is absolutely fantastic. Did amazing job, was patient and addressed my indecision (first time extensions) in a kind and nice manner.

First of all, they booked me in while having no one to actually do the job. The staff there are very unprofessional and the overall vibe is very negative. The place doesn’t seem very clean either. Would not recommend.

Very nice and clean place , Asma is wonderful and very professional i highly recommend to try her waxing and eyebrow

I am writing this to reach to the management how their reliable team spoiling the customers. I have visited on 11 may with pre booked appointment for multiple services offered 20% discounts on over all bill.. I want to mention I hv been customer since Roxy was managing and it was superb experience before.. The girl on reception navigated me to the asma for waxing and eye brow.. Asma is one of best staff their.. The worst scenario is when I hv approach for billing after services she the guy came amir said no discount due to eid season you have to pay full bill and what amount I hv been told fr they have charged me 150aed extra.. I had arguments long fight at the end he offered me complimentary 1 blow dry and 1 eye brow session. I have left and approach them on 13th May when I visited they said they are busy now they can’t do as I hvnt book prior appointment so I have to come back and that time that man told me this complimentary service I can avial within 3 months period anytime. I hv been disappoint but thought will come back.
I have called twice but I couldn’t reach to that men and that pakistani receptionist.. So I have booked an appointment for meni-pedi on 17th June I have visited again a new receptionist I have discussed with her about the past incident and the offerd services.. She told that again the have removed those staff and they have new manager called Mr. PETER. she called him I hv spoken to him and explained the whole story he said give the phone to my team I will inform her what to do..
I have continued to my meni-pedi and waiting for response but nothing happened.. Than the receptionist called again Peter and she told in front of me customer is really disappointed please do some thing she told atleast speak to customer but Peter denied and done nothing… Story doesn’t end here after the services i have ask fr my billing and I have paid for availed services than I hv asked Peter number lady was not willing but out of my anger she agreed and share the new manager Peter number I have called him from my number made him acknowledge about his behaviour and response he said he will speak to owner and get back to me.. I told him it’s about money and service both as that was Thursday and such a busy area like barsha heights and a good salon is just vacant no customer on Thursday evening just bcz of their attitude behaviour and services.. He told me he will get back to me will speak to owner will componsate fr what all happened.. Today is 25th of June no approach from diva salon..
I highly recommend please do not visit them.. I am staying in same area the cost is high accepted only if services are good and if they care their client.. I told them I will really write review this time as last time they have requested me not post and bad review but unfortunately they have repeated the same behaviour and i have to write this all. hope after reading this atleast you will give a second thought to visit diva salon.. This salon was not like this when Roxy was the owner she really cares about her clients.. Asma the staff still there she is best in her work but such attitude of managers can’t retain customers.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. Eventhough there were several reviews on their price quoted vs actual charged, I took a chance. Called them up for a wash n blow dry appointment. Was told I would be charged AED.80 for shoulder length hair. When I walked into the salon, i was surprised it was empty as it was Eid holidays and hence busy everywhere else o had called. Should have taken the hint. After the service, I was told I had to pay AED. 157.50 for a not so great wash n blow dry that you would get pretty much anywhere else. I even brought this to their notice but they were unapologetic and rude. Ladies! Please do not go,just trying to save you some hassle and disappointment.
