I got my hair color and cut done multiple times. I have always left the salon happy.
The service was done by Shahnoza.
The color is beautiful and it’s exactly how I wanted it. I’m so happy with the color.
So many people have complemented me on my new hair color.
I used to think highly of them when I had a pleasant experience and happy with their service. However my last visit to them exposed me to their real value for customers. They do no even care to find a solution or even bother to reply to a customer’s unhappy job. I even conveyed to the team to reach out to the owner to help us out as the hair colour service we did was not upto the expectations. It was no where close to what we asked for. But the entire team including the hair dresser and owner are ignorant and washing their hands off saying they did their job. I do not put any false accusations in any services, however I provided them evidence of poor service and they still lacked responsibility to make the customer happy. Really really big disappointment in this team and never expected them to behave this ignorant. A total waste of 800dhs and they have no respect for hotter much we invest in them. Never recommending nor visiting then again.

This was for my mom, she had done her hair colour and keratin.
Post 2 weeks after visiting the salon, she noticed new grey hair coming in which was never there before. And now it is worsen from time. She’s getting new grey hairs from the root which has never happened before as she had visited lot of local parlour for colouring.
Called the salon to give my feedback and the staff was least bothered to hear what I had to say.
Really disappointing coming from the salon where I heard so much good things about !

I am sure Ms Sima is a great stylist and been at service for long. My only concern was this never happened to her before when she visited other salon even after applying Henna and it happened here. My only word will be, kindly reply on the customer mails so we can avoid further lengthy communication. Appreciate it.

The girl who provided the service was very nice, took care of my requirements of the color shade and I got the exact kind of hair I wanted.
It was a little more expensive than the other salons but I didn’t want to damage my hair so I was okay with it.
The first time I washed my hair (after 3 days) after getting them colored, the white tiles of the washroom got red (the hair color) and the white towel also got red colored (the same happened after the second wash also).
I dont know if this is normal and happens with everybody but I got very scared.
The color still looks fine though 🙂
5 star for the service but 4 star for the undue cost!
PS: this was my second experience here, the hair cut I got a few months back was again expensive but really good
I have been their client for many years already, even their services are pricey but they have excellent services from their desk staff to salon staff. And even there is pandemic i am guarantee that their salon is sanitised and clean.
Since covid the stuff is not bothered very rude and arrogant esp the reception staff. When they need us to spend 10 times will follow up and whn they you have to returned back least bothered. Does not care for the customers. They are just interested to make big bills. What ever is there interest they will reply on whts app else they will completely ignored it. All good nail doind girls have left and no good stuff. Please think 10 times and then visit.
The quality of service at RBL is pretty good. The staff is very professional. I’ve done my hair several times here. Sima is an excellent hair stylist. Will surely be visiting again.
As per their Instagram they are running 40% off on haircut and hair services for March but whenever I called to take appointment they said their appointments are full ..
Rain lounge has the worst service and the most rude receptionist, in case if you ever want to pay a lot of money to be treated badly please go to this salon.
Women go to a salon to relax, however rain-lounge makes your experience the worst ever for you; they in face are unsupportive and they are just washing each other’s hair and supporting each other instead of customers.
I have come across many saloons in Dubai and none of them have given me such a bad experience . They have charged me 84dhs for just checking the price of my hair color which took me barely 1 minute and said it was consultation charges . I recommend no one ever goes to this saloon as it has no sensible prices. And the customer service was really bad too
Refrain from going to this parlour. I got my hair color done and it was a disaster. They come out with different promotions to attract customers which is nothing but slight adjustment of their exorbibant price which i call is cheating. Staff is not at all professional.
