No honesty at it all, I have a bad experience with this clinic, the doctor add extra fees on ahead of patient without informed this causes for the increase, after I insist to get to know the reason, the doctor said this extra fees for cost to use special tools in the inspection at the first time visit ( fake reason), very bad attitude and cheating clinic , I saw other patient pay extra money at shying situation.

The lazer treatment is very quick, painless, and the nurses are quite experienced.

Anyone reading the review, I suggest you re-consider before you proceed to this clinic.

This is Angel, a patient who visited Dr. Jahad for 7 times, he didn’t solve my issue and despite the pain I carried for so long, he charged me so many times for the procedure.

I have haemorrhoid issue for a while but I don’t know what is the stage of my condition, I went to see Dr. Jahad the first time back to September 2020, the clinic is small, people are friendly, doctor seems nice, promised me not to worry, he can fix my problem very quickly, so I booked an appointment for the procedure the week after, it took less than five minutes to finish the procedure, I was very happy that five minutes could solve my issue that bothered me for couple of years, but I was very naïve about it, my condition are more and less the same after the procedure, it didn’t improve at all, I went back to the clinic, doctor did the same procedure again, give me the same medicine(maybe he got more commission on those two medicines) ignore that I felt stomach pain with one of the medicine, before end of 2020 I did three times the same procedure but my condition were more and less the same.

At the beginning of 2021, I was a bit upset about the outcome so I question Jahad, what is the issue about my condition, why do I need to proceed so many times and the condition are more and less the same, he then told me that my condition was serious, it cannot be done by only once, that’s why I will need another 3 times to get all out, to be honest, as a professional, should you notice my condition at the first time? Why would you keep me coming back and keep charging me? At that moment I still chose to believe this doctor, so again I did the same procedure another four times, at the fourth time I ask the doctor, how many times will I have to come back to finish off? It is such a painful experience. he said I will not need to see him again and my condition should be ok by now, one week after, I developed external haemorrhoid, it was swollen; bleeding and so much pain, I call the doctor he didn’t give any advice, other than wait for 2 weeks and go back to the clinic, nothing else.
I couldn’t bare the pain so I went to the hospital, doctor in the hospital told me that my condition without proper surgery won’t work, with the explanation and I realised that in Jahad’s clinic he can only deal with very much initial stage haemorrhoid, his out-of-date machine is to put a band around your haemorrhoid and let that small tiny part fall off itself, even with this technology, suggest who you are reading, go to a proper hospital or clinic with a better machine, and go to see a doctor with moral.

I know this clinic care about the review from the patient, I want to ask you, Dr. Jahad, do you still remember why you want to become a doctor? What is the basic principle to be a doctor? How can you lie to your patient from the first time and ignore your patient’s pain but charge your patient again and again!!!!

I found your response more like an advertisment, several points you made literally made me laugh!
1. Payment issued by the insurer, do you understand this is because I pay for the insurance thats why I got cover from the insurance company, Jehad clinic got payment(money) from the insurance company, am I right? you received the payment from the incorrect treatment that you force on me, TWICE!!! you charged me twice so that my insurance premium will INCREASE when I renew my medical policy, this is not acceptable, thank you for remind me, I need to inform my insurance company for this issue.

2. You mentioned free charge of 2 times, that 2 times were because the doctor couldn’t cure my condition as promised, I don’t even have to went back to your clinic so many times if the doctor can be honest from the first place, I am surprised that you even brought this out???
