They have no idea about what they are doing. Very sad!!

I really didn’t want to write this review again and rate the clinic 1 start. I was very professional with my comment and all I wanted to do was to point out that mole removing is not your thing!

First of all, I didn’t have multiple deep mole and in fact the doctor mentioned that they are small moles that will be done in one session and then changed her mind when I came the next time and they were not gone.
Second, I paid 600 because you ask me to do that and I did not negotiate the price and the price was not my issue.
Third, for the follow up and I am surprised your are raising this, do you want me to mention that I have came all the way from my house for the second follow up and wait in your clinic for long time before I discover that your machine is missing some parts and it was not checked by the stuff before they confirm my appointment. Very unprofessional. With a very good intentions I have left and came back the next time.
Fourthly, a doctor with experience should be able to know how deep they need to go into the skin to remove the mole in one time with minimum scars. A person reading your reply on my review would think that I have such a large mole that in fact are very small if you compare them to what other people might have and taking into consideration the clinic should have experience working on small/ medium/ large moles, unless you are implying to me the opposite. Further to this, can u please explain why the very very tiny mole I have were not even gone after the second session and in fact have left a bigger scar than the initial ones????

Don’t tell the people that I was not communicating with you, I have sent you on the clinic WhatsApp (please check carefully before you go around saying things that didn’t happen) and you in fact YOU never came back with my concern answered.
Yes I have declined coming back to your clinic and that is only because I was very concerned about my face and I have explained that very very professionally, if the very small and tiny moles have left bigger scars what would you have done to my other ones?? I have also felt that you changed your words and not very true with your customers.

If you have at least taken the blame on this and that my treatment was not done as it should, you would have made it easier to trust the clinic again with other services. You instead, is trying to make it look like it’s my fault. It’s easy to write a review, that’s true and only to make people aware that you can not do mole removing and thus do not face what I have faced. I am very upset with your reply, I didn’t want to make trouble for your clinic but if you pushed me for it I could reach concerned people.
