Worst experience. We requested the staff multiple times that we have a 10 days old baby at home so if they can make the process little faster for us but instead of making it faster they even skipped our token number and called the patients who have token numbers after us. The staff forgot to take my wife’s vitals and when we asked doctor why we haven’t being called she rudely said other people have appointments and you didn’t take the token. we told her we had the token and was waiting from last one and half hour. she saw my wife after i got furious about mismanagement and told my wife literally “Don’t come back” to which my wife replied we are never coming back here.
my wife delivered just 10 days before and it was hard for her to sit for 1 and half hour. we still kept waiting patiently for our turn but it was a total disappointment when they even skipped our turn and aligned her after every other patient because of their staff’s mistake (this was after us telling them our situation). Forget basic human curtosy Dr Divya was even rude.

Please avoid this clinic, Dr. Shaju he will keep runing here and there during treatment and making 1/2 hr treatment to 4 hrs torturing patient.
Managment of Thumbay should monitor such things, Are doctors allowed to do other work during ongoing treatment ?

Worst experience ever. Root canal they did twice. And now third time cap release and infected. Not recommended.
