October 14, 2020 at 4:23 amDr Faruq is an excellent surgeon, I had an umbilical hernia which was painful and went in with a lot of apprehension about the surgery. But Dr Faruq walked us through the entire process with pros and cons; helped us understand and answered our almost million questions.. I am really thankful we had him to guide us and finally repair it and am back on my feet again with a short recovery time.

March 9, 2020 at 11:14 amHernia repaired professionally and quickly using TEP laparoscopic. Dr Faruq identified the issue and we discussed the operation options and recovery. After the swift procedure/surgery, the very next day I was mobile and walking , building strength and each day I’ve grown stronger. One week after I’m impressed with the limited scar tissue and looking forward to next week return to careful cardio in the gym with cycling and rowing. Dr Faruq is thoroughly recommended!

February 17, 2020 at 8:28 amI have been suffering from inguinal hernia for almost a year. Although I had an option to go to the US for the surgery, but since I live in Dubai I thought it would be easier to get it done here, provided I find a surgeon I am comfortable with.
Helpful Review 4.7I met and inquired about 2-3 hernia surgeons and in the process I also consulted Dr.Faruq Badiuddin. He examined me and provided in-depth explanation of what was my problem and how he will repair it. He also took me through potential issues related to such repairs. His overall approach gave me a great comfort to get it done with him.
Exactly two weeks ago today, Dr. Faruq, performed laparoscopic surgery. I am pleased to say that I am almost 90% recovered. I stopped all the medications, including pain killers after week or so. His recommendation of daily walk, 3-4kms, was a great help in healing.
Overall, I am very happy with the results. Dr. Faruq is a pleasant and highly professional person to deal with. American Hospital where he performed the surgery was also extremely good. I would recommend Dr. Faruq without any hesitation.
