October 12, 2021 at 1:39 pmI had one of my best lifetime experiences in Yogaashram, JLT dubai. They have a wide spectrum for Teacher training Program and has best of team to train students. Their yoga teachers give 100% of their knowledge to their students and make sure graduates are well trained by the end of program. I love the variety of classes run in Yogashram which gives you many choices.

Yoga Ashram provides a real variety of different Yoga styles meaning anyone can attend a session and get lots from it. All the teachers are excellent – friendly, patient, professional and all of them ensure you you push yourself in a session whilst not making you feel uncomfortable. All classes are perfect for any Yogi level – whether it’s your first ever class or you’re a real Yoga enthusiast.
The facilities are great and they ensure everything is sanitised and prepared in line with Covid restrictions.
Everyone at Yoga Ashram is absolutely lovely and friendly and always make you feel really welcome.

The instructors are all from the birthplace of yoga and teach the oldest style hatha which all other styles are based on. The facilities and programming of classes are great and as an alumni you will have the opportunity to teach their too. Highly recommend.

November 11, 2019 at 1:29 pmI love munish’ Hot Hatha class (cant find it on class pass anymore though, is it called something else now?) ! I also got hooked on Vibin’s Sivananda Yoga. Even though I started my own yoga teaching practice, I have definitely continued with these classes with them!

The teachers are professional and experienced and are helping me to achieve a healthy level of physical flexibility and relaxed state of mind.
