November 10, 2021 at 1:54 pmSo We booked free class here to test this place, we booked through their booking system. This was through Dubai fitness challange, but we got the both classes cancelled in the last minute, because they overbook even we had confirmed classes.
We also got a person calling us in a very rude manner, we explained that we prepared our time, but the person who called us just saying – you booked a free class and we are overbooked so therefor we cancelling you. She dont even say sorry for the inconvenience and starting to get rude against us.
So we will never set our foot even in this business. Start to believe the reviews in this google page is bought.

September 18, 2019 at 1:48 pmBought a 10-course subscription and consumed 6. The remaining 4 courses expired after 3 months – Zen doesn’t accept them anymore. Not customer friendly. I will never go there again.

It’s 3 locations in Media City, Emirates Hills and Umm Suqeim all offer a variety of classes adapted to levels and style preferences. Teachers are highly qualified, recognized in the yoga world and forever encouraging you to depend your practice. Zen Yoga is a big part of my Dubai life, thanks to their wonderful team!

January 21, 2019 at 5:58 amI’m into yoga on and off for many years. Zen is in my opinion the best yoga studio in Dubai. My favorite instructors are Milissa and Laura. I wish tho that they could have more variety in their classes. Its a bit surprising that basically nothing changes from time to time, so if you want to have something different you need to switch instructors.

August 16, 2018 at 6:38 amI am new to yoga and taking beginner classes in zen and another studio on and off. I took a few advanced classes with amazing teachers but I saw I had to learn basics first. I think zen pays less care and attention to beginners. I found one of the beginner classes good and I love the teacher too but there is another teacher, at first I thought she was also a beginner because she is not fit like all other teachers and also she is not kind. So why is she teaching us? Beginners need more care. Each advance student was once a beginner. Please be kinder to us.

February 5, 2018 at 2:15 pmI’m a teacher at Zen & I believe we have some of the best teachers on the schedule, all with many years of experience & dedication to their own practice & teaching. I think some of these reviews of our manager are terrible, it’s so sad to read that people will go out of their way to tarnish someone’s reputation. Especially people who are “yoga practioners” we are all fallible & no one is perfect. Siobhan (our manager) is professional, extremely hard working and cares for her teachers & the students of Zen yoga. Its beyond me that people are going out of their way to put someone down. Where is the kindness? If she did up set you, Forgive & let live.
