Helpful Review– the sessions are depending on the machines availability (cryo, ultra, ems or the one for skin stretches) not your body need so u need to make sure you are getting what you have paid for.
– each session duration time and quality depending on the person who is giving it to you so u need to make sure of this as well.
– the rooms in ground floor for men’s are awful but the one up for women are great.
